Why we built this

Most leaseholders only deal with a Section 20 notice occasionally, usually with an unfamiliar process and no real idea where to start. A solicitor can cost hundreds of pounds before you even know what’s missing - and a plain letter generator, however polished, doesn’t tell you what your documents actually show or what evidence is missing.

Section 20 Defender exists to close that gap: an honest, evidence-led Defence Pack for a fraction of a solicitor’s fee, without needing to learn service charge law first.
