What actually makes a Defence Pack strong
Your Defence Pack’s readiness score is built from four things: how complete your evidence is, how identifiable and consistent your documentation is, how clear the chronology of events is, and how specific and well-evidenced your questions are. We show you all four separately - not just one combined number - so you can see exactly where your case is well organised, and where a missing document would make the biggest difference, before you send anything. This measures how ready your evidence pack is, never a legal opinion and never a prediction of how any dispute would be decided.

What if I’m not sure which issue areas apply to my case?
That’s exactly what the free Review step is for - it shows you which issue areas are worth checking based on what you’ve told us, before you pay anything.
Do I need all my evidence ready before I start?
No - you can add evidence as you gather it, and your missing-evidence report tells you specifically what would strengthen your pack if you’re still waiting on something.
What if my case involves building safety, an active tribunal case, or forfeiture?
We check for this automatically during the free Review step, and won’t proceed with generating a paid Defence Pack for that kind of case - these genuinely need a specialist solicitor, Citizens Advice, or LEASE (the government-funded Leasehold Advisory Service), not an automated tool.
