No single successor: the former Carlisle City Council's stock transferred to the Riverside Group in December 2002; the former Allerdale Borough Council's stock transferred in 1999 (landlords in the area now include Impact Housing, trading as part of the Riverside Group); the former Copeland Borough Council's stock transferred to Copeland Homes in 2004 (landlords in the area now include Home Group and Castles & Coasts Housing Association). Cumberland Council itself holds no council housing stock
