Mole Valley District Council transferred its housing stock to the newly formed Mole Valley Housing Association on 29 October 2007; as of February 2021 Clarion Housing Association Limited took over from Mole Valley District Council as the body dealing with deed of covenant and related leasehold requests for these ex-council properties, and now administers leasehold/service charge matters for these flats
