Not confidently determined - check the notice itself for who issued it
A Local Government Chronicle report confirms Surrey Heath Borough Council transferred around 2,885 tenanted properties to the newly formed Surrey Heath Housing Association in a ballot-approved Large Scale Voluntary Transfer announced in January 1993, but no current organisation confidently traceable as that association's successor could be identified from available sources - do not assume any of the housing associations currently listed as operating nominations in Surrey Heath (A2Dominion, Clarion, Mount Green, Metropolitan Thames Valley and others) is specifically the successor for ex-council leasehold flats without further verification
