All Merton Council homes transferred to the housing association Merton Priory Homes in March 2010 via Large Scale Voluntary Transfer; Merton Priory Homes was later rebranded/merged into Clarion Housing Group, which is now the actual freeholder - Merton Council itself holds no council or social housing and has no direct role in leaseholder/freeholder disputes
