For issues with service, communication or how your case has been handled - not for disputing the amount of a charge itself.
https://www.firstport.co.uk/contact-us/formal-complaints/As a residential managing agent, it's legally required to belong to a government-approved redress scheme - The Property Ombudsman - which can look at how a complaint about service was handled once the organisation's own complaints process has been used. It doesn't decide whether a service charge amount is reasonable or payable - that's the First-tier Tribunal's role.
